What your restaurant gets

Orders to your WhatsApp

WhatsApp is where Lebanon orders, so WataDish works with it rather than against it. An order can go to your WhatsApp in one tap, with the dishes, the address and the total, and you can send the customer each update of their order on WhatsApp in one tap too. It uses your own number and your own phone: no API, no approval, nothing per message.

How it works

  1. Put in your number

Your WhatsApp number goes in the settings once. The menu can carry a “WhatsApp us” button from then on.

  2. The order arrives

The customer orders on your site and, in one tap, sends it to your WhatsApp with everything on it; it is on your order screen as well.

  3. Keep the customer posted

Accepted, ready, on its way: each update can go to the customer on WhatsApp in one tap, with the link to their order.

On which plans

  • Orders sent to your WhatsApp in one tap: Starter, Standard, Pro
  • Order updates to your customers on WhatsApp, in one tap: Starter, Standard, Pro
  • A “WhatsApp us” button on your menu: every plan
  • Unfinished orders, to remind on WhatsApp: Starter, Standard, Pro

All the plans, side by side

Questions

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. WataDish opens WhatsApp with the message written for you, and you send it from your own phone. There is nothing to apply for and nothing per message.

Which number do customers write to?

Yours: the WhatsApp number you put in the settings. Customers see it, and the orders go there.

Does it cost anything per message?

No. Messages go from your own WhatsApp, like any message you send.
