What your restaurant gets

Pickup and your own delivery

Your customers order from your site, on their phone, for pickup or for delivery. You set the areas you deliver to and the fee for each, and the order comes with the address, the phone number and the time they want it. Your drivers deliver; no app takes a share.

How it works

  1. Set your areas and fees

Name the neighbourhoods you deliver to, each with its fee and its minimum order. Outside them, the site offers pickup.

  2. The customer orders

They pick pickup or delivery, now or for later, give their address and phone, and choose how to pay.

  3. You accept, prepare, deliver

The order rings on your screen; you accept it with a ready time, and the customer follows it from their phone until it is handed over.

Questions

Can I limit where I deliver?

Yes. Delivery is only offered inside the areas you set, each with its own fee and minimum order; on plans with it, the customer drops a pin on the map.

Do you provide drivers?

No. WataDish is your own site; your own drivers deliver, and the whole order is yours.

Can a customer order for later?

Yes, where your plan includes orders for later: they pick a time, and the order shows that time on your screen.
